The 2015 Acura TLX: Where Performance Meets Luxury

Replacing Acura’s TL, the 2015 Acura TLX is where performance meets luxury. Thanks to an optional V6 engine, drivers don’t need to choose between power and comfort. They can have both with the Acura’s new TLX.

An Optional V6 Engine

The 2015 Acura TLX comes standard with a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder engine that provides 206 horsepower. While this engine is respectable for a sporty sedan, it won’t be the fastest coming off of a red light. For true power, drivers will want the optional upgraded engine.

The TLX’s optional engine is a beasty 3.5-liter V6 that increases the vehicle’s horsepower to 290. Even more impressive, this V6 is paired with an automatic, nine-speed transmission. Working together, the engine and transmission will take you from zero to 60 mph in seconds.
